We are expanding internationally, with increasing demand for our products from across Europe especially countries such as Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Norway. We are looking for someone to help us cement our relationship with customers through on-site service, training and support. This role requires significant amounts of travel to construction sites in Mainland Europe, and possibly beyond. You will be demonstrating our products to new customers, and providing installation training to solar installers. Travel overseas, or around the UK is required and could be at short notice.
You will guide customers and installers through technical difficulties over the phone, face to face, or via email. This might include investigation, diagnostic or remedial work on site. You will be a point of contact who our customers will be able to rely on for accurate, dependable information and advice.
When not travelling, you will assist with setting up and monitoring product development trials and administrative duties in the customer support team.
